Near Izmir on the Aegean Coast, Sirince is a quaint village--probably once far more charming than it is now, overrun by aggressive local vendors of local crafts--is picturesque. Located on high hills that land in olive groves and vineyards.
View of the village from the top of one of the hills, upon which my hotel sat. Lots of unexpected hiking.
Pretty roadway mid-way up the hill to hotel.
Two-thirds of the way up to the hotel.
Gateway to another hike to lodging. Very pretty, but more hiking.
Just beyond the gate to the hotel's lodging is an aerie including beautiful (and loud) peacocks, in this and the next couple of photos.
A hare! (I think, as opposed to rabbit).
Breakfast spread at hotel which was akin to that which I received at Uchisar hotel. Yummy!
