My intrepid friend and I decided to escape our respective cold home
cities for a long weekend in Arizona. After a little research, we decided on
The Boulders golf/spa resort in Carefree, AZ (40 minutes from
airport). It was lovely. Yet a little colder than normal and, frankly, a
little more pricey than spa services seemed to warrant. However, all of
these photos were taken on their expansive grounds which were very pretty.
