Close to a decade ago, I sent a piece to several magazines for publication consideration. The complete set of rejection letters stated that they didn't publish unsolicited work. One insightful letter sounded as if they had actually read my piece calling it an "undeveloped vignette."

Oh well. That's my life...one wonderful vignette after vignette.
